The Cabin Cafe is now offering pizza, and we are calling it The Pioneer Pizza. We make a yeast-less pizza dough, and cook the pizza in a cast iron pan. We make a 7", a 10.5", and a 14" size pizza. In the past few weeks or so that we have been offering it, our customers have been very pleased with the taste and texture of the more 'bread like' crust.
